City Clique covers all electricity costs. The machine runs on roughly $30–50/month in power — fully on our tab. You pay nothing.
How much lobby space does it need?
Our standard unit is approximately 3 feet wide by 6 feet tall. It fits comfortably in most lobby corners or hallway alcoves without disrupting foot traffic.
What if something breaks or malfunctions?
We monitor the machine remotely 24/7. Most issues are resolved without anyone needing to visit. If an on-site visit is needed, we dispatch same day.
What if tenants have complaints?
All customer issues go directly to City Clique — not to you or your team. We handle complaints, refunds, and feedback entirely on our side.
Can we remove it if it's not a good fit?
Absolutely. There's no long-term obligation. If it's not working for your building, we remove it cleanly with no cost and no hassle.
What kind of food is in the machine?
